How do I enter the shop?

Who can order valantic merch?

Anyone with a valantic e-mail address can order valantic merch. If you are ordering for your team or organization, you must of course have the formal authorization to make purchases on behalf of your team. And accordingly, you must also have the internal budget approval of your organization. 

You can also purchase the products from the “All-time Favorites” section privately by using a private credit card.

Can I buy for my personal needs?

You can buy the all-time favorites privately for your personal needs. Simply order and pay online by credit card.

What products are available in the shop?

The shop offers two categories of products:

All-Time Favorites: Items that are always in stock and ready for quick delivery, such as Mugs, Tote Bags, Pens, Notebooks and Lanyards.

Made-to-Order Products: Items custom-made to meet individual requirements ( like different sizes, special occasions, small quantities) such as Hoodies, Socks, Tumbler, Screen and Glass Cleaning Cloth and much more.

What is the difference between the All-time Favorites Collection and the Made-to-Order Collection?

The items offered in the All-Time Favorites Shop are directly available and in stock. This means that the goods are dispatched immediately. Goods from this category are immediately paid for by credit card.

Items in the Made-to-Order section are only produced on demand. After checking out, a quote is created which can be accepted if the proposal is satisfactory. Invoicing and payment are processed further down the line.

Why are there two collections?

In the valantic universe, there are products that pretty much every team uses and loves. We can buy these products in large quantities and offer them to everyone. This has the advantage that everyone benefits from a lower unit price due to the high total purchase quantity. And that has the nice further effect that we have common and familiar elements across the entire valantic universe. These ready-to-use products are always in stock and immediately available. 

You can find these products in the All-time Favorites section.

But there is also a lot of variety at valantic, with many creative ideas and requirements - also for promotional materials. That's why we have created another section in which we can offer a wide variety of products. These are produced on demand. We can therefore also offer products in this area that are only purchased by a few teams and in smaller quantities. This section will grow continuously over the next months. So stay tuned.

Can I combine All-Time Favorites and Made-to-Order items in one order?

No. Technically speaking, these are two independent store systems that are combined via a common start page. As both purchase processes end up in their own process, the shopping carts cannot be combined. If you want to buy something from the All-time Favorites category and something from the Made-to-Order section, you have to go through two checkout processes.

How can I bring in an idea for a new item?

You have two options:

  1. Choose a product from the Monday Merch Catalogue (https://products.mondaymerch.com/en/collections/all-products-1) and submit your request. 
  2. In case you can not find what you need reach out to our contact at Monday Merch Natalia Gonzales Ortiz. She will help you sourcing what you have in mind.

You can order directly for your use and at the same time we can add the product to the made-to-order section to make it available to other teams. This is how the made-to-order section will grow.

📦 Ordering & Fulfillment

How do I order?

  1. Go to the shop
  2. Select the items you want
  3. Enter your billing and invoicing address
  4. Choose between direct payment and purchase via Credit Card or Request a quote
  5. If you choose direct payment and purchase via Credit Card Monday Merch will prepare the shipment right away.
  6. If you request a quote, our account manager Natalia Gonzales Ortiz will prepare a quote for you considering the order quantity, handling fee and shipment costs. Once you accept that quote via the button in the mail, Monday Merch will prepare the shipment and issue an invoice.

What if I need the order for a specific date?

There’s a special instructions box that pops up when you review your cart, before the check out. If you need special packing instructions or have a deadline, you can leave all of those comments there.

Is there a deadline for ordering before an event?

If you are ordering from the All-time-fav section we recommend you to order 5-6 working days ahead of the date needed.

Can I make changes to my order after submitting it?

You can’t. Unless it’s really necessary you can reach out to natalia@mondaymerch.com

Can I place an order on hold?

No. You can always leave in the comments what is the ideal date by when you want to receive the goods.

How can I track the status of my order?

If you place your order paying via credit card when you finish your order you will receive an automatic email notification, as well as when the order is being prepared and shipped, until you receive it. 

If the order you placed was through a quote request, Natalia and your dedicated customer success manager will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All-Time Favorites: These products are delivered within a few days. 

These products are delivered within 4-5 working days. 

Made-to-Order Products: Delivery times depend on the type of product and production schedules. Details will be provided during the ordering process.

Is international shipment available?

Yes.

Are there any additional costs?

We have decided to make the costs transparent. You will find three positions on your invoice.

  1. The cost of the goods. 
  2. A handling fee is charged for the fulfillment, i.e. the provision and packaging of the goods. See section below for details. 
  3. The freight costs are also shown separately. These are calculated according to the number of parcels, weight and destination.

valantic GmbH bears additional costs for the operation of the store and the storage of all-time favorites. These costs remain with valantic GmbH and are not passed on to the Competence Center.

Handling Fees for B2B Orders (Bulk Order)

The fees depend on the size of the batch:

  • XXS (0-99 units): €15,00
  • XS (100-249 units): €35,00
  • S (250-499 units): €60,00
  • M (500-999 units): €115,00
  • L (1000-2499 units): €275,00
  • XL (2500-9999 units): €1.000,00
  • XXL (10.000-24.999 units): €2.500,00
  • XXXL (25.000+ units): €5.000,00.

Handling Fees for B2C Orders (individual consumer purchases)

B2C handling is applied for individual consumer purchases through the merch store:

  • XXS (1-24 units): €3,50
  • XS (25-49 units): €3,00
  • S (50-99 units): €2,50
  • M (100-249 units): €1,75
  • L (250-999 units): €1,60
  • XL (1000+ units): €1,50

💳 Payments

What payment methods are available?

At the moment you place your order, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Please make sure to include the VAT number of the billing entity to avoid any additional charges.

If I choose to pay via invoice, when is payment due?

Once you complete your order through the online store, you’ll receive an invoice with a 7-day payment term. This means you have 7 days from the invoice date to make your payment.

📬 Post-Delivery Support

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or quantity? Or what if my delivery arrives damaged?

We will try to avoid this from happening, but if after receiving your order you find damages or missed items, you can always reach out to support@mondaymerch.com - if urgent natalia@mondaymerch.com

Who is my contracting party?

Your contracting party is Monday Merch B.V. Please contact Monday Merch directly if you have any complaints or incorrect deliveries.
